To protect our patients and employees from COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses, please inform staff at visitor registration check-in if you have any of the following:
- Fever, shortness of breath, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion or
other COVID-19 symptoms - Close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 10 days
- A positive COVID-19 test within the past 10 days
You may be asked to defer your visit if it is not urgent until you have completed your 10-day isolation period.
